If the goods you received meet the following conditions, you can apply for return/exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product
- For quality problems of the goods, the customer must provide the original test report or original certification documents of the quality problems confirmed by the brand, and please return the attachments, user manual, shopping invoice, package and goods during the return. We will refund the full amount after the customer provides the traceable logistics numbers.
- If the goods are damaged during delivery, please provide the pictures of the outer packaging, shipping invoice and product pictures within 7 working days after receiving the goods. After confirmation by the after-sales service, we will refund the full amount and bear the freight costs, if you are unable to provide the corresponding pictures, we will not accept your claims, we apologize.
- If the goods are lost, shipped by mistake or not shipped, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product, and provide the order numbers, shipping invoice, unshipped/misshipped goods and pictures of all products to the customer service. We will deal with the relevant after-sales service for you after confirmation. If the after-sales time limit is exceeded, the after-sales service will not be processed normally.
- If your order has the above problems, please contact us quickly. We will refund you as long as the product is new and unused. We recommend that you take photos and describe the problem of the product, and send them to us directly through online customer service and email, so that we can confirm the problem of the goods and send you the specific return process. The following items do not comply with the refund policy or return policy:
- Any items that have not been sold on this site;
- Goods that have been used or damaged / removed the original label / protective film / changed the size of the product;
- After-sales time limit exceeded (the customer will not be able to apply for after-sales service if he does not contact customer service within 7 working days after receipt.
- For irresistible reasons during transportation, the goods have suffered slight damage, but it does not prevent use.
- Any product quality problems caused by abnormal use or storage by the customer.
- For goods such as the set sold together, the return policy provides customer service for the single or multiple items that comply with the return and refund policy, and do not contain all the goods in the set.
Replacement/Return Process
- You can apply for return/replacement within 7 days from the date of receiving the product to the online customer service.
- The customer service team will confirm whether the goods comply with the return/refund policy, and the goods are not returned unless they comply with the return/refund policy.
- After the goods are received by the warehouse, the staff will complete the refund process within 3-7 working days. The actual cash payment will be refunded according to the original way. Due to the different transfer date of each bank, please refer to the actual amount arrival time.
- After the order is successfully placed, it will not support canceling or modifying the order. Please make sure the order and other information is correct before making payment.
